Paying £28 - £36 Per hour 9 to 5 and 36 per week The position is expected to last for 6 months (with the possibility of extension) post holder is leaving in mid February. We are looking to interview candidates in mid January, and ideally appoint to enable a week or 2 of overlap

About the event
This role has 4 direct reports and oversees the Notice Process in-house service (team of 14) and Parking Contract Operations (team of 5), and (for the first 3 months at least) the Lighting and Trees service (currently a team of 6).
The post-holder would focus on: -
• Ensuring continuity of service delivery, particularly around day to day delivery of parking contract management, enforcement, financial and performance reporting, and operational delivery of the Notice Processing function –
• Procurement and delivery of further moving traffic enforcement cameras –
• Further expansion of parking enforcement –
• Improving the services debt recovery function, and in particular contract managing the new enforcement agent contract and recruiting a new Debt Recovery Officer –
• Implementation of the forthcoming permit pricing changes, particularly around the diesel surcharge, Essential User and Wembley Event day permit charges due to be agreed by Cabinet in January –
